What was the highlight of Dua Miami, Autograph Collection
We had a good experience, nice staff, massage was great.
Room and hotel was clean and the place had a nice smell to it.
The first night we went to bed there wasn't a sheet on our bed. There was no shampoo and our tv didn't work very well, it kept blacking out. The bathroom was also very dark. Only other complaint was the pool drink and food menu was over the top. How about some sandwiches, nachos, apps, fun finger food. That was by far the worst poolside menu I have ever experienced.
